The wax seal cut from the envelope has been attached to obverse of which is attached Sir Robert Peel's signatuire complete on a small piece. WITH ... One page signed notification, Feb. 6th, 1860, declaring the Rt. Hon. Wm. Cowper and Mr. Hutt to be Presidents of Board of Works, and of Trade, respectively 'have taken the Queens Pleasure'.
